Every church is going to have a different "feel" to it. Here are a few things you can expect when visiting Jacob's Well.

 

1. Biblical Truth - We preach the Bible and believe the Bible. This means EVERYTHING we do will go through the filter of the Bible.

 

2. We are "casual" - This means different things to different people. Basically, come just as you are. If that means in a suit and tie, great! If that means in shorts, flip flops, and a t-shirt, great!

 

3. Wide variety of music - We love some of the new music being written today, and we worship through song using many new music, as well as the ones form the 90's, 80's, and 1400's. We just call it worship.  

 

4. While we plan on one hour services, you will find out that we do not frame our service in a pre-sliced produced show down to the minute. This means that on some days we may go 45 minutes, some days may be over an hour... if the Spirit is moving and leading, we will stay until the lights go out (and then just use some flashlights and candles in the parking lot). The American hour long Sunday service is no where in the Bible, but true worship, without time barriers, is. Sure, you might have to go get your kids, but hey! we encourage families worship TOGETHER. 

 

5. Be yourself... we are a place to come if you do not have it figured out, know the answers, are seeking, sold out for Christ, or turned off by HIM. This is why we are called Jacob's Well. A place where you can come and experience Christ, even if you are a "Samarian woman".
